Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "User" or "You" means any person who has registered at wihbd or is using the services.
• "Account" means the user's personal registered profile through which the platform is accessed.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in the user's account (deposited funds and winnings).
• "Bonus" means any incentive funds or credits provided by wihbd.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition specifying the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, which is the base currency of this platform.

Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same individual, household or device is strictly prohibited. In the case of multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds or bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed. Account Management

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the funds not being returned.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if unusual transactions or fraud are suspected. wihbd reserves the right to request additional verification for security review.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any currency conversion fee applies, it will be clearly communicated at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 200% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. By claiming this bonus, you agree to all bonus-related terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x (twenty-five times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must complete bets totalling (deposit + bonus) × 25. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus on a ৳500 deposit, you must complete a total of ৳37,500 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Once a bonus has been claimed, no other bonus may be accepted while the active bonus is still running.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• All bonuses have a limited validity period — they must generally be used within 30 days from the date of issue.

Gaming Rules

• Making transactions using a third-party payment method
• Using a false identity or documents
